5000 sq. ft. of space in Baner, Aundh, Pune is ready geared to spread art across the city. Vaishwik has held various art exhibitions, art film screenings discussions, play and poetry reading evenings, dance workshops and now a small café has been added on.
What we feel would interest our corporate clients particularly are two of our special programmes. The Corporate Art Consultancy and the Corporate Art Rental, are programmes applicable to our two and three-dimensional art; paintings, photographs, and sculptures. The Corporate Art Consultancy programme, simply put, provides you with selection of artwork to choose from after consulting with you. This saves you time, effort and money and then all you have to do is pick the artwork that most appeals to you from the larger selection made by us. We also provide care and conservation work for your work of art. Pieces of art exposed to light, dust and changes in heat and humidity levels do change their colours and textures a little, and these if checked and repaired every year will help preserve your art works much longer. We have trained experts who help us with our care and conservation work. We could also work with your HR team and develop various workshops and lecture demonstrations as and when required by and for your staff members.
The second, Corporate Art Rental is specially for those of our clients who want a piece of art for a short period to grace their home, office or conference halls for that special event which may not actually warrant a purchase. Additionally, if you feel the piece you have rented really appeals to you and you would like to own it, it can be done quite easily.
We are quite flexible and just as much as we would like you to visit our galleries we can and we do bring our galleries to you. We seriously feel that art should be accessible to all, both time, space, emotional and in financial terms; therefore we like to sit down with you for 15 minutes before going back to select art work or the right lecture, demonstrations or workshops for you.
1. Lecture Demonstration 1 day/art form. (4500/- at Vaishwik or 5500/- at other venues.)
2. Art workshops for your staff 3 days/art form. (2750/- per day and 8400/- for three days at Vaishwik or 3750 per day and 9400/- for three days at other venues.)
3. Art and Design appreciation workshops 1 day. (3000/- at Vaishwik or 4000/- at other venues.)
4. Art Evenings/Sunday brunches for you or your staff. (4000/- basic cost + f&b charges as appl.
5. Art Club - Corporate membership - Rs. 8,000/year.
6. Art Club - Individual membership - Rs.4,000/year.
a. All these rates are for members. For non-members or 1 off requests increase all rates by Rs.3000/-.
b. Individual membership to persons whose companies do not have corporate membership is Rs. 5,000/-per year.
c. The Corporate Art Consultancy and the Corporate Art Rental are open for Corporate membership holders only.
d. Corporate memberships are open only for the upper management. (MD's, Chairman of the board, etc.)
